Lauren is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner who completed her graduate degree at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to GI patient care, she practiced in the acute care hospital setting as well as outpatient primary care.

When it comes to how our digestive system works, Lauren is a huge advocate for patient education. She has seen firsthand how it can affect one’s entire life and not just your body. She is compassionate about her patient’s wellbeing and providing them with a care plan that promotes a better quality of life.

In her free time, Lauren enjoys long walks on her farm and watching her kids play baseball and basketball.
